Christmas 2024 Shipping

DPD advise that the latest dispatch date for delivery in time for Christmas is Friday 20th December. All orders placed before midday on Friday 20th December will be dispatched same day.

All orders placed after midday on Friday 20th December will be shipped on Monday 23rd December. Orders shipped on this date are unlikely to arrive before Christmas.

All orders placed after midday on Monday 23rd December will be shipped on Monday 30th December.

All orders placed after midday on Monday 30th December will be shipped on Thursday 2nd January.

We work office hours at mandukauk.co.uk, so any orders received on the Friday through to Monday morning will be despatched on the Monday.

What are your standard shipping costs?

Manduka UK ships all orders over £29.99 by DPD free to anywhere in the UK and charges a flat fee of £3.00 shipping for all orders £29.98 or below by Royal Mail 48 tracked.

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order through our website, Mandukauk.co.uk will send you an email with your order details, your order confirmation number and your DPD tracking number. You can then track the status of your order online on the DPD site. Please contact us at enquiries@mandukauk.co.uk should you need any additional information concerning your order.

Are there various shipping options?
We currently only offer one standard shipping option – DPD.

How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
All orders are shipped DPD and shipping times can range from 1 to 6 Business Working days based on your location. Orders are normally shipped out the next business day but please allow up to 3 business days for credit card authorization, order processing, and packing.  

Do you accept international shipping addresses?
Mandukauk.co.uk currently only ships to addresses in the United Kingdom.  Should you have any questions regarding obtaining our product internationally, please contact us via email at enquiries@mandukauk.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist.

RETURNS / WARRANTIES

What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.mandukauk.co.uk? Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order from www.mandukauk.co.uk , you may return the merchandise if they are in saleable, unworn condition.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or signed for delivery service, of your choice, to ensure your return is tracked and insured. The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Please see below for the returns address to send your items to.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in the original packaging and can be resold as such with all tags still attached, etc. If the product is deemed to be used or unsellable, We reserve the right to deny the return request and refuse to issue the purchaser a credit.

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund.  Items that are opened or damaged, do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. Please include the returns slip with your returned items. In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the warehouse receives the item.

What if an item I purchased directly from www.mandukauk.co.uk is defective?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you discover a fault, please contact enquiries@mandukauk.co.uk with the following information before returning your item:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description and images of the fault

All faulty goods will be assessed by an expert; and if there is a manufacturing fault, we will endeavour to sort things out as quickly as possible. If found not to be faulty or to have been damaged from poor use, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
