Overview

Built for ultimate grip, the GRP Adapt Lite 2.1 delivers sweat-ready performance in a lighter, streamlined format. Its latex bottom layer is designed to keep the mat securely in place, so it stays put throughout your yoga practice. Its highly absorbent, open-cell PU top layer works like a sponge to draw in moisture, helping keep the surface dry and slip-resistant, maintaining consistent grip as sweat builds.

With 4mm of cushioned support, it offers dependable grip in a lighter profile for new practitioners and seasoned yogis alike. Crafted with 20% recycled materials, the GRP Adapt Lite 2.1 brings a more mindful build to your yoga practice.

Use & Care

To Store: Allow the mat to fully dry before rolling or storing to prevent moisture build up. Roll with the top surface facing in to keep the mat protected. Store separately in a cool, dry place to preserve the PU surface integrity which is highly absorbent and sensitive to sunlight or heat sources.

To Clean: After practice, wipe the surface with Manduka’s Mat Wash & Refresh. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe away sweat and dirt, then allow the mat to air dry completely before rolling. Do not soak, submerge, or use harsh chemicals, as this can damage the moisture-absorbing surface.

Additional Notes: Do not store this mat when damp to preserve its performance and longevity. Do not leave the mat exposed to excessive amounts of sunlight.

Regular cleaning helps remove sweat, salt, and surface debris to help keep your mat fresh and performing at its best. Cleaning is intended to maintain the mat's performance and hygiene and may not remove all marks or stains from the porous surface. Do not soak, submerge, or use any type of soap for cleaning, as this can damage the moisture-absorbing surface.
